in the successful listing on the Main Board of HKSE

On 14 January 2020, Wenye Group Holdings Limited (“Wenye Group” or “Company”) (stock code: 1802.HK) was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (“HKSE”).

TLP Group was engaged as financial advisor for Wenye Group IPO.

Wenye Group, an established building decoration services provider, was established in 1989 and ranked 28th in the PRC building decoration market in 2018. Company possesses a range of the highest level of qualifications and licenses in the building decoration industry in the PRC, including, among others,
(i) Grade I Professional Contractor of Building Renovation and Decoration Engineering;
(ii) Grade I Professional Contractor of Curtain Wall Engineering;
(iii) Grade I Professional Contractor of Building Electrical and Mechanical Installation and Engineering;
(iv) Grade A Professional Building Decoration Engineering and Design;
(v) Grade A Professional Curtain Wall Engineering and Design;
(vi) Grade I Professional Contractor of Electronic Building Intelligent Engineering;
(vii) Grade I Professional Contractor of Fire Safety Equipment Engineering.

From 1 Jan 2016 to 30 Jun 2019, Company received approximately 20 awards at the national level, such as
(i) China Construction Engineering Luban Prize (National Quality Project);
(ii) China Construction Engineering Decoration Prize;
(iii) China International Space Design Competition Gold Award;
(iv) China International Space Design Competition Silver Award;
(v) China International Space Design Competition Bronze Award.

During the period from 1 Jan 2016 to 30 Jun 2019, Company acted as a main contractor and were engaged in over 2,214 projects and recognized revenue of RMB4,622.2 million. Company had undertaken 202 projects each with a contract value of more than RMB 10.0 million, of which 16 projects had a contract value of more than RMB50.0 million, respectively.
